Optionally, soak pecans in orange juice for one hour or more. Process them with the salt in a high-powered blender or a food processor with an S blade several times until the texture is sticky enough to press into a pie plate for a crust. Blend the filling ingredients in a high-powered blender, adding psyllium only at the end to thicken.
