the senior executive. It is a key referral document <strong>an</strong>d provides a platform <strong>to</strong> moni<strong>to</strong>r <strong>an</strong>d control the project. Any ch<strong>an</strong>ges <strong>to</strong> the project should be recorded<br />

against the project pl<strong>an</strong>.<br />
