The name of this contemporary Restaurant
and the Bar represents the Cuisinier
Rudolf Van Nunen. Rudolf” is built on
four concepts. Contemporary harmony,
Exquisite surroundings, Attention to
details and Refined “Mediterranean
Cornucopia Cuisine” with a touch of
Rudolf. It will serve Mediterranean favorites
utilizing only the freshest and
seasonal ingredients with an emphasis
on “Slow Food” flavors and presentation.
The wine list features the widest
selection of Turkish wines and
the top selected international award
winning wines served in the “Riedel”
room. The Restaurant is open from
7 am through 11 pm and the Bar is
open from 11 am through 1 am. The
Restaurant and the Bar can accommodate
up to 150 guests.
Sky Terrace is a new concept blending
several different styles of “Eurasia”
cuisine, beverages, service as
well as ambiance and entertainment,
which should be seen before leaving
İstanbul. A sophisticated “East meets
West” menu will be offered from the
kitchen. The operation hours are from
4 pm to 1 am and can accomodate 90
guests.
