Instructions for Use<br />

Attach Auto-Needle & Syringe<br />
onto a standard luer syringe filled<br />
with ready-to-inject drug. Take<br />
off the Safety-Tab.<br />

Press Auto-Needle & Syringe<br />
against skin*, then press<br />
Syringe Plunger to manually<br />
inject the drug.<br />
Remove used Auto-Needle<br />
& Syringe from skin and<br />
discard** properly.<br />
* When the Auto-Needle & Syringe is pressed against the skin, the<br />
needle automatically penetrates the skin at a fixed depth and angle.<br />
** When removed from injection site, a Needle Guard automatically<br />
covers and locks over the needle for safe disposal of the used Auto-<br />
Needle & Syringe.<br />
