That’s zero time plate changing:<br />
i.e.: Simultaneously washing blankets at 600 rph while rinsing rollers at<br />
9000 rph, the plates hanging time is absorbed in those two cycles.<br />
Quick Command:<br />
With the <strong>Roland</strong> <strong>700</strong> press, you get the advantage of fiber optics for rapid<br />
ink setting changes instantly, instead of taking 150 sheets to make a color<br />
change with analog electronics, fiber optics works at the speed of the light.<br />
So all inks settings can be changed on every printing unit no matter how<br />
many there are, as fast as 4 seconds!<br />
On the fly print length changes:<br />
To counteract for stretching that comes with using post-consumer waste<br />
recycled paper, the <strong>Roland</strong> <strong>700</strong> <strong>DirectDrive</strong> gives you another exceptional<br />
feature which is the ability to correct print length electronically on the fly:<br />

For the second third, you have the ability to grow or shrink 0.4mm either<br />
direction to crank it out on the maximum of speed, even when using lower<br />
quality recycled paper, which is fast.<br />
