SEEDS, SEEDLINGS AND PROPAGATIVE MATERIAL
DEROGATION APPLICATION/DECLARATION
Under section 4.1 of the NASAA Organic Standard all seeds must be
certified organic as from 31 st December 2003. The following derogations
apply to certified operators who are unable to source sufficient quantity
or quality of certified organic seed, seedling or propogation
material.
Derogations may only be granted following completion of this form
prior to the sowing of the seed, seedling or propagative material for
which a derogation is being applied .
