<strong>Terotex</strong> Record 2000 <strong>Aqua</strong>:<br />
Underbody Coating<br />
• Extreme abrasion resistance<br />
• Improved “cold resistance”: cold bending test at -25°C without cracking<br />
• APEO free following new Henkel spraying standards<br />
For OEM fi nish textures. Its extreme resistance will help to protect<br />
underbodies perfectly and to provide good sound dampening properties. This<br />
product is easy to handle, has a low shrinkage rate and can be used to coat<br />
large surfaces. Drive-away time is about 3 hours and overpainting is possible<br />
(see technical data sheet for more information). Cure can be accelerated<br />
using IR lamps to 60°C.<br />

<strong>Terotex</strong> Super 3000 <strong>Aqua</strong>:<br />
Stonechip Coating<br />
• Multi-surface: compatible with metal, PVC, PP*, EPDM*<br />
• Overpaintable with all paints (see technical data sheet)<br />
• Better abrasion resistance (5x higher than <strong>Terotex</strong> Super 3000 solvent<br />
based - so good that it can also be applied for UBC repair).<br />
For various textures and thicknesses. This multifunctional product is easy to<br />
handle and has low shrinkage which is optimal to cover large surfaces. It is<br />
used for abrasion resistant coatings and noise dampening. The light version<br />
is compatible with standard waterborne OEM paints. Cure can be accelerated<br />
using IR lamps to 60°C.<br />
* For special plastics like PP / EPDM, we recommend primer Terokal 150.<br />

Corrosion Inhibitor for Cavity Protection<br />
• Complete coating of all cavities<br />
• Built-in corrosion inhibitor<br />
• Easy to handle and store: non reactive product, can be left in the pressure<br />
gun for a few days.<br />
• Sustainable product characteristics, safe for use: no solvent, APEO free, no<br />
hazard labels required.<br />
This product was tested under extreme corrosion conditions. Its good surface<br />
penetration achieves durable protection of all cavities. Its very high dropping<br />
point (>150°) prevents dripping when exposed to sunlight or hot climates.<br />
