Club Captains Report
On behalf of the Directors, Committee, Bridget
and myself, we would like to say THANK YOU
to Peter Williams for another successfully year.
As a Volunteer club, we are still maintaining a
high standard of safety at the beach. To me one
of the stand out clubs along the west coast for
patrols and development of our young children
skills of safety. Our local community of around
2,500 grows to over 20,000 visitors during
summer ,so with out your help volunteering
some time, keeping our coastline a safe place
to be, we couldn’t do what happens each year.
Beach Safety at its best.
Seasons Wrap Up
What a brilliant Summer we have had down
here on the gorgeous Surf Coast. Anglesea sure
sparkled this summer with no rainy days and
plenty of sunshine. We certainly loved it here at
The Deck Café & Bar.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank
all the members, their families and friends who
kept us company and supported us, your surf
club café. Thanks also to the ongoing support
as we continue trading right through the Winter
months and back into Summer 2013-14.
Don’t forget that the waves are better and less
crowded in winter and the hot coffee after a
