Remuneration of key management The average number of people designated as key management of Plan, including the 20 NOs (2011: 20 NOs), for the year ended 30 June 2012 was 45 (2011: 45). This includes the members of the Board of Directors of PI Inc, who do not receive any remuneration for their services.
