VOTER ELIGIBLITY
Only a person who is a registered club delegate may vote at the AGM. The
person designated as the MSC Club Contact with MSC is considered the
delegate by default. A delegate may either vote in person at the AGM or in
advance as follows:
1. On‐line by logging into their account on www.mymsc.ca; or
2. Return the duly completed ADVANCE BALLOT by mail to
Masters Swimming Canada

Halifax, NS, B3J 1G6; or
3. Return the duly completed ADVANCE BALLOT by fax to 902‐425‐
5606; or
4. Return the duly completed ADVANCE BALLOT by email to
bette@mastersswimming.ca.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that the MSC bylaws require that:
1. Any change in delegate must be received by MSC no later than seven
(7) days prior to the AGM, i.e. May 10, 2013; and
2. Advance votes must be received no later than 3 days before the AGM,
i.e. May 14, 2013; and
3. Member Clubs are entitled to the number of votes calculated as follows:
the number of Individual Members registered with the Club divided by fifty
(50) rounded up to the nearest integer number. (For example: 157
Individual Members registered with the Club equals four (4) votes.) It is
therefore very important that swimmer registrations are up to date.
