71. As at <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> fiscal year, <strong>the</strong>re was a 13% decrease or<br />
$3,273,931 <strong>on</strong> Arrears <strong>of</strong> Revenue when compared to arrears outstanding at<br />
<strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> previous year. This is due in large measure to <strong>the</strong> write-<strong>of</strong>fs<br />
given during <strong>the</strong> year. However, it would be prudent for a fur<strong>the</strong>r porti<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> Arrears to be written <strong>of</strong>f since <strong>the</strong>y are no l<strong>on</strong>ger c<strong>on</strong>sidered to be<br />
collectible.<br />
