<strong>FUNCTIONS</strong> <strong>INFORMATION</strong><br />
Minors<br />
Persons under the age of 18 years of age may only be permitted entry to designated areas of<br />
the Club for the purpose of dining or attending special events such as a function, and must<br />
be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Please advise the club if minors will be<br />
attending your function.<br />
Damage to Club Property<br />
Function organisers are responsible for all damage sustained to club property during functions<br />
and whilst our staff will see to all your needs and take care of your belongings, <strong>Forestville</strong> <strong>RSL</strong><br />
Club will not accept responsibility or be held liable for any damage or loss of items left in the<br />
Club prior to, during or after a function.<br />
We therefore recommend that insurance to cover loss, damage and third party claims be<br />
arranged by the function organiser.<br />
Security<br />
Club policy requires the hiring of security for functions that the Club Management deems<br />
necessary or upon request. Security is charged at $40 per hour for the duration of the<br />
function. This is a directive of Club Management, not by request of the person holding the<br />
function.<br />
Finishing Time<br />
Functions will end no later than midnight. Organisers are reminded that the rooms must be<br />
vacated within thirty minutes of the finishing time.<br />
Non-Smoking<br />
For the comfort of all our patrons, <strong>Forestville</strong> <strong>RSL</strong> Club’s function rooms are designated<br />
non-smoking areas. Those patrons wishing to smoke may do so in the Club’s designated<br />
external smoking areas.<br />
Decorations<br />
<strong>Forestville</strong> <strong>RSL</strong> can organise for the function room to be decorated according to your needs.<br />
Balloons, flowers and other decorations can be arranged. Price on application.<br />
No Outside Food Or Beverages<br />
<strong>Forestville</strong> <strong>RSL</strong> Club Ltd does not permit outside food or beverages to be brought into or<br />
consumed on the premises. In the event of special occasions such as birthdays/weddings/<br />
anniversaries etc whereby the customer may wish to bring in their own cake, this will be<br />
permitted but will incur an applicable surcharge.<br />
