4. The earnest money should be enclosed in separate envelop with tender in <strong>the</strong> shape <strong>of</strong> F.D.R./C.D.R./N.S.C. <strong>of</strong><br />
any nationalized Bank/Post-<strong>Office</strong> duly pledged in <strong>the</strong> name <strong>of</strong> <strong>Executive</strong> <strong>Engineer</strong>, <strong>II</strong> <strong>Construction</strong> <strong>Division</strong>, U.P.<br />
<strong>Jal</strong> Nigam, Varanasi. The tender without earnest money shall not be opened.<br />
5. Tender documents shall be sold only to <strong>the</strong> reputed firms who are registered with U.P.<strong>Jal</strong> Nigam, in class’A’<br />
category for construction <strong>of</strong> deep well hand pump (rig machine) by DTH rig machine.<br />
6. O<strong>the</strong>r terms and conditions will be as per details given in tender documents.<br />
