3. Documents accompanied with requisite earnest money must be received in sealed and
separate envelopes on the date mentioned above in any of the offices mention in para-1 above
latest by 3.00 pm. Tender shall be opened at 12.00 pm on 08/11/2012 in the office of the
District Magistrate. Moradabad. or officer authorized by him in the presence of intending
Tenderer or their authorized representatives.
4. The U.P. Jal Nigam reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any
reason thereof and the decision shall be final & binding.
5. The quantum of work can vary to any extent.
6. The tenderers are advised to inspect the site of work before quoting the rates.
7. If a holiday is declared on any of the above dates, then the stipulated action will be taken on the
next working day at the same time and venue.
8. Remaining terms and conditions shall be those as contained in tender documents.
9. Earnest Money shall be pledged in the name of “Executive Engineer XI Division, U.P. Jal
Nigam, Moradabad” in the shape of F.D.R./C.D.R. of Nationalized Bank Conditional or tenders
without or invalid earnest money will be summarily rejected.
10. The validly of tender shall be 120 days and earnest money deposit shall be valid for a period of
180 days.
11. Labour cess will be deducted @1% from each bill for which contractor will have registrar with
lebour department.
12. All taxes i.e. VAT, Income Tax and Service Tax with deducted as per prevailing rules.
