Next, you need to modify the Path variable; add this at the beginning: %GRADLE_HOME\bin;. See Figure A-21.

To verify that Gradle is correctly installed, open a DOS terminal and type the following:
C:\> echo %GRADLE_HOME%
C:\> gradle -v
After you run the above commands, you should have something similar to Figure A-22.
