Part III
Spring Framework Advanced
In Part III, you will learn about more advanced features via the newest technologies; you’ll see how the Spring
Framework makes it easy to develop and integrate your applications with them. You will also learn how to use
dynamic languages and extensions such as Spring Data, Spring Social, and Spring AMQP within your Spring
application.
You will start using Groovy, Ruby, and the Bean Shell to interact with your Spring application. You’ll see
how easy it is to create dynamic scripts, and you will use the persistence mechanism called NoSQL databases.
You are going to use MongoDB and you will see how the Spring Data module will leverage and simplify
development.
After that, you are going to learn more about AMQP (by using RabbitMQ). You’ll see how to use the
Spring AMQP module for sending and receiving messages, and finally you will use the Spring Social module to
send tweets from within your Spring application.
