email attachment Why do Some Responses Indicate an Attachment with 0 Bytes of Data? Messages returned from “afisroot@mail2.wdoj.com” will appear to have an attachment with 0 bytes of data. We do not return the original fingerprint record, instead only text in the subject line. Thus, the attachment contains 0 bytes of data. Other agencies or the CIB Administrator can email attachments that will reflect the correct number of bytes of data. What Does It Cost? There is no cost for this service.
