Spell checking option
It is possible to spell check a message that is waiting to be sent. Select the message
you wish to proofread and click the “Deactivate” button. Then click on the message
link and open the message. You should be able to proofread it from there. After you
are done, click on the “Close” button. If you are satisfied, select “Reactivate” and
reactivate the message to be sent.
• Ignore button – A single (red) word will be ignored in this message;
• Ignore All button – All word forms of the marked word will be ignored
in this message;
• Add to Dictionary – Word forms of the marked word will be added to
the user’s personal dictionary. This word form will not be marked as
errant in subsequent messages;
• Change – A single (red) word will be changed in this message;
• Change All – All word forms of the marked wrong will be changed in
this message;
• Close – Finish spell checking
Options
In the “Options” window there are four buttons:
Information – Displays the user information page;
Login Password – Here you can change your password;
Mail Rules – Here you can enter rules for incoming messages;
I’m away/I’m here – If you are using Mail Rules, this button activates/deactivates
rule processing based upon your away/here status.
