to CIB, and “SID=” when the individual has been positively identified using
fingerprints in the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) as in the

How To Access the Mail Server?
Your mailbox is accessed through a browser, and requires a username and password,
similar to MSN Hotmail.
Login to the Web Mail Client
• Open your browser and enter the IP address of the server:
https://10.113.188.200/ If you have trouble accessing the mail server,
check with your MIS staff, and make sure they have port 443 open
using TCP or HTTPS;
• Click “Yes” when prompted to allow the security certificate;
