This software examines the ten print images and makes certain they match the proper finger sequence as captured in the slap images. Occasionally, agencies lower the threshold on quality assurance settings, or turn it off altogether. When this occurs, records are sometimes contributed with bad finger logic (images that are out of sequence), or of inferior quality. These records queue to error at CIB and CJIS, and must be manually reconciled. Please make certain your quality assurance settings are turned on, and are set to an acceptable threshold.
