Clerk <strong>of</strong> Court Completion <strong>of</strong> Final Disposition<br />

The contents <strong>of</strong> this section give instructions for those courts that are submitting<br />

paper dispositions to CIB. For those courts submitting via the Consolidated Court<br />

Automation Program (CCAP), see Electronic Submission <strong>of</strong> Court Disposition.<br />

The Final Disposition Report is filed along with other appropriate case papers with<br />

the Clerk <strong>of</strong> Court when proceedings commence. When the case is adjudicated and a<br />

final disposition is reached the Clerk <strong>of</strong> Court must indicate the final disposition by<br />

completing the Final Disposition block. The following are choices for completing<br />

this form with the required information.<br />

1. Convicted or Guilty<br />

2. No Prosecution (Complaint Denied)<br />

3. No Prosecution (First Offender Program)<br />

4. No Prosecution (Read In)<br />

5. No Prosecution (Restitution) Amount not needed<br />

6. No Prosecution (Restitution & Read In) Amount not needed<br />

7. Dismissed<br />
