Clerk of Court Completion of Final Disposition
The contents of this section give instructions for those courts that are submitting
paper dispositions to CIB. For those courts submitting via the Consolidated Court
Automation Program (CCAP), see Electronic Submission of Court Disposition.
The Final Disposition Report is filed along with other appropriate case papers with
the Clerk of Court when proceedings commence. When the case is adjudicated and a
final disposition is reached the Clerk of Court must indicate the final disposition by
completing the Final Disposition block. The following are choices for completing
this form with the required information.
1. Convicted or Guilty
2. No Prosecution (Complaint Denied)
3. No Prosecution (First Offender Program)
4. No Prosecution (Read In)
5. No Prosecution (Restitution) Amount not needed
6. No Prosecution (Restitution & Read In) Amount not needed
7. Dismissed
