For TIME System entries, enter the appropriate data in the appropriate fields:
Operator's License Number, Operator's license State and Operator's License Year of
Expiration.
For fingerprint submission, operator's license information is entered in the
Miscellaneous Number field and should be preceded by the letters DL followed by a
hyphen(-), the two-character abbreviation for the issuing state, then a space followed
by the operator's license number, including any hyphens the number may contain.
As an example, a Wisconsin operator's license of H123-4567-8910-01 expiring in
2010 should be entered as:
