However, there are a few fields that appear on the FBI card that do not appear on the Wisconsin card. These fields all appear on the face side of the card. These fields include: Reply Desired? This field consists of a checkbox if the submitting agency would like a result of the FBI fingerprint search returned to them. Send Copy To The submitting agency may enter the ORI of any law enforcement agency they want a copy of the results of the FBI fingerprint search returned to.
