Brilliant in appearance with a green tinge, the 2011 Vintage Services<br />

Chardonnay displays complexed aromas of flint, nectarine & citrus.<br />

Ripe flavours of melon & grapefruit are framed by fermentation in<br />

French oak to give the wine generosity, yet a clean fresh citrus finish.<br />

A strong savoury straw component works well with a touch of lemon &<br />

pear, great texture & dry finish.<br />

The wine demonstrates wonderful tropical scents & melon<br />

characters on the nose, followed by fresh full citrus flavours of lemon &<br />

is beginning to yield up its rich, deep dark red berry fruit characters.<br />

Black cherry with a vibrant “swirl”, this 2007 Cabernet Savignon after<br />

5 years in bottle shows complex aromas of blackcurrants, chocolate &<br />

French oak spice. Seamless flavours of redcurrants, mixed spice & fine<br />

tannins.<br />

2009 Mandurang Valley Merlot – Mandurang, Vic 7 29<br />

An elegant Merlot with a depth of fruit. Good balance on the<br />
