D. Any individual who violates a TPO, CPO, or SPO has committed a criminal offense and<br />

should be charged pursuant to <strong>Ohio</strong> Revised Code §2919.27.<br />

14.2.6 Domestic Violence/Dispute Statistics<br />

A. An officer shall record all domestic violence calls responded to during his/her tour of duty<br />

on the Officer’s Report for Domestic Violence Calls (see Addendum D). Only one cruiser<br />

will record the information when two or more units respond to the same call. The report<br />

shall be forwarded to the officer’s supervisor.<br />

B. The supervisor shall forward the report to the Police Clerk who will compile the data and<br />

complete the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCI&I) Monthly<br />

Summary.<br />
