Each false alarm response shall constitute a separate false alarm. Any
response to a false alarm to a municipal address by another agency, in lieu of
response by New Albany Police Department because of mutual aid or
automatic response agreements, shall constitute a false alarm. No person
who is either the holder of an alarm user permit or responsible for the alarm
system operation shall negligently allow such alarm to register nine or more
false alarms within a calendar year.
