There are plenty of ways in which this can be
achieved and one of the obvious ones is to
sell your vision before it actually materializes
and actually have people pay you hard cash
before the realization of such visions. It all
starts with us believing that indeed one can
believe that you can start a business without
using money because it incredibly difficult to
can get yourself to such possibilities if you
believe it's not possible. The only sad truth is
that whilst many out there are busy hunting for
funding in order to bring their ideas to life, the
elite few are making incredible profits from
their ideas which did not cost them anything in
order to bring such ideas to life.
It has always been an idea that when one has
an idea of some sort that they would have a
form of vision in terms of how they see that
idea unfolding in a number of ways. It is at
such a time that depending on the
competency of the individual that he/she
could start creating alliances or clients that
could start making hard cash commitments
and they can only do so if they truly believe in
what you have to offer.
For example, without spending a cent out of
my own pocket when I wrote my first book
(The Psychology, Science & Art of Turning
Contacts into Connections), I sold more than
147 copies within a month at a cost of R199
per copy before its first print out. That's almost
R30 000 in the bank account before the
printing even starts. The one reason why
many people are obsessed with looking for
capital to kick-start their own ideas is the fact
that they do not want to start from the ground
but rather at a specific level.
A level that many cannot handle as evidenced
by the high failure rate of more 83% of
businesses failing within the first year despite
any amount of money that they received.
