Chapter 5. Assembler Instruction Statements This chapter describes, in detail, the syntax and usage rules of each assembler instruction. There is also information about assembly instructions on “Conditional Assembly Instructions” on page 256. The following table lists the assembler instructions by type, and provides the page number where the instruction is described. Figure 24 (Page 1 of 2). This operand is accepted and processed by the assembler. However, other operating system components and utility programs may not be able to accept and process information related to this operand.
