Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa’s New App Enables Guests to Stay Connected
New app with two way communication platform technology offers personalized service to
create a seamless resort experience
Maui, HI – The Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa, anchored by legendary Pu’u Keka’a (Black Rock),
announced the launch of a dedicated app for the recently renovated Ka’anapali resort.
Designed by Runtriz, the new guest service app offers technological advances that allow guests
to easily stay connected to what matters to them most.
Available at sheratonmauiapp.com and via the iTunes and Android markets, the app allows
guests limitless access to the resorts amenities while on property or on the go. Reserving tickets
to the Ka’anapali Sunset Luau, requesting housekeeping service, sending an e-postcard and
much more, are as easy as pushing a button and can be done poolside, beachfront or while
waiting in the airport terminal. A handheld butler service, the app also offers access to
restaurant and activity reservations, requesting housekeeping amenities and the ability to
request that valet bring a car to the porte-cochere. Even In-Room Dining is available at the tip
of a finger.
