Blizzard Projector Enclosures. Any projector. Anywhere.

Outdoor
Tempest enclosures are
installed in some very hot
places — think Las Vegas,
Dubai, Singapore.
Tempest Blizzard Outdoor projector enclosures are running every day in
every climate type we know. Deserts, tropical heat, northern winters — even at sea.
New Filter Technology
All new Blizzards come with
high performance hydrophobic
air filters that block dust, sand,
oil, moisture and contaminates
like salt and chlorine, keeping
the interior clean and pristine in
any environment.
New Projector Mounts
All Blizzards now incorporate
flexible and secure projector
mounting clamps. Any projector,
anywhere. Now at any
angle, with fingertip pan, tilt
and roll adjustment.
No-return Exhaust
Protection
Exhaust doors on Outdoor
Blizzard 6550 models and up
open when the enclosure fans
are running and close automatically
when not in use, further
protecting the interior from
winblown particles.
Silence.
Blizzard is for indoors too! Blizzard HUSH enclosures
silence any projector, and our rugged Indoor enclosures
protect your equipment in public spaces.
Tempest HUSH projector
enclosures virtually eliminate
projector noise in
sensitive environments,
Indoor
The Sound of Silence
...is about 2dB! Blizzard HUSH
virtually eliminates projector
noise in acoustically sensitive
spaces.
Blizzard HUSH enclosures are
lined with acoustic insulation
material and feature airtight
seals to keep projector noise
safely inside.
And Each HUSH enclosure comes
with a powerful exhaust fan at
the end of a 25’/8m padded
hose — run it into a ceiling void
or to the next room for perfect
silence where you need it most.
Indoor Control
Blizzard HUSH and Indoor
enclosures feature Tempest
MiniDEC TM control. MiniDEC
monitors temperature and also
power to the projector, and
runs the enclosure fan(s) when
either is above a factory-set
limit. MinDEC is completely
automatic and needs no setup
or user adjustment.
Indoor Security
Projection in public spaces is
growing all the time. But there’s
a problem. That projector needs
protecting — from thieves,
vandals, and pollutants. Think
smoky clubs, metro stations
full of iron particles from train
brakes, and all manner of dust
and industrial pollutants in
factories.
XYZ Mount Option
Attaches enclosure to the bottom
of a vertical pipe (1½” ID,
48mm OD), with 360° pan, ± 80°
tilt and ± 5° roll adjustments for
precise positioning.
