GROUND HANDLING AND<br />
SERVICING HANDBOOK<br />
GHSH INTRODUCTION<br />
1. General<br />
A. This handbook is intended to assist ground handling and servicing personnel<br />
that are not familiar with the <strong>Embraer</strong> Phenom 100 aircraft. The <strong>Embraer</strong> Phenom<br />
100 Aircraft Maintenance Manual contains detailed maintenance or<br />
inspection information.<br />
B. The source of all information in this manual is, basically, the information in the<br />
publications listed below:<br />
(1) Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM).<br />
(2) Illustrated Tool and Equipment Manual (ITEM).<br />
(3) Consumable Products Catalog (CPC).<br />
C. In case of conflict between this manual and the AMM, ITEM and / or CPC, the<br />
AMM, ITEM and / or CPC shall take precedence.<br />
2. The improvement of methods and development of new techniques by the operators<br />
are contributions to be included in this manual. If you have suggestions or<br />
need any assistance regarding maintenance technical publications, please contact<br />
us at:<br />

3. It is vital that the operators commit themselves to keeping this manual update by<br />
strictly inserting the revised pages in the proper locations according to the last<br />
revision of manual available in the Fly<strong>Embraer</strong> site.<br />
4. The GHSH is composed by (Figure 1):<br />
A. The front matter:<br />
(1) Front Page<br />
Shows the manufacturer's masthead, identification of the manual, the initial<br />
issue date, and revision number and date.<br />
(2) Customer Comment Form<br />
(3) List of Effective Aircraft<br />
Provides a cross-reference tabulation of Aircraft Commercial Designation,<br />
Customer Aircraft Number, and Manufacturer Serial Number.<br />
(4) List of Effective Pages:<br />
Lists all chapters and their list of effective pages with the latest issue dates.<br />
NOTE: • Pages revised or added by the current revision are indicated<br />
HARD COPY IS UNCONTROLLED. ONCE PRINTED, THIS PAGE MUST NOT BE RETAINED FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.<br />
