Russell Redding's nomination for Secretary of the Pa Department
of Agri€u lture. l have known Russellfor many years and have had
an opportunityto interactwith him on a number of imPortant
issues that affect ourfruit industry. lf lwant to know PDA'S stance
on a particular issue or find. way to initiate action in a certain area
of concern, Russellhas been the go-to guy.
