TK and DZ are therefore deemed interested by virtue of their relationship to TY based on Section 122A(1)(a) of the Act. Chelsea is a wholly owned subsidiary of MAA Corp who in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of MAAH whose ultimate major shareholder is KLB. 1,695 5. TK and DZ are therefore deemed interested by virtue of their relationship to TY based on Section 122A(1)(a) of the Act. MSM is a wholly owned subsidiary of MIG.
