Caice Announces Gulf Franchise Agreement

Environmental building products specialist, Caice, signs an exclusive franchise agreement for the Gulf
territories with Panashco HVAC.
The agreement, announced today, sees Panashco HVAC become the exclusive supplier of Caice products to
the region. The deal which encompasses the entire Caice offering from air movement products through to
sustainable solar shading and acoustic consultancy will see products manufactured primarily in the United Arab
Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
Newly established in the territory, Panashco HVAC is aiming to bring “a breath of fresh air” to clients across the
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Jordon, Kuwaiti & Iraq with their vibrant &
experienced approach to the HVAC industry.
The decision by Caice to license products is part of a progressive business expansion into a broader global
market. Backed by continued growth in the UK, Caice’s unique approach to design and product selection is able
to bring a competitive edge to businesses looking to innovate in their own region.
Speaking at the announcement of the agreement, Martyn Cashmore, Caice Company Chairman explained “We
have built a strong relationship with the team at Panashco, their vision & enthusiasm for this industry has great

The announcement of the deal comes as Caice celebrate their 20 th anniversary year and follows the recent
expansion of the business into Brise Soleil & Louvre Systems markets.
