Our team of Native Italian chef's present an authentic modern<br />
Tuscan vision of Italian cooking. Featuring everything from<br />
Crudo, which is Italian sushi, to a variety of innovative homemade<br />
pastas, certified Angus meats, fresh fish delivered daily and<br />
poultry featuring our signature Sicilian Duck. In addition to using<br />
traditional fresh ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil, garlic, &<br />
Tuscan spices, you will find modern Italian ingredients such as<br />
mango, avocado, walnuts, pear, & ginger infused into many of<br />
our dishes.<br />
WHAT'S AN EXAMPLE OF A MODERN TUSCAN DISH<br />
A great example of this new modern Italian cuisine are the<br />
Champagne Pear Sacchetti. This is a wildly popular dish with our<br />
guests which features artisan pasta sacks delicately filled with<br />
fresh pear & ricotta cheese, topped with a walnut-champagne<br />
cream sauce & micro green accents. It's a flavor sensation.<br />

Of course, Italian cuisine is changing & evolving , but c e r t a i n<br />
classics will always be there. Being a native Italian myself I take<br />
pride in the classics & make sure that our chef's use only the finest<br />
fresh ingredients & adhere to our family recipes.<br />
THE RESTAURANT IS TRULY BEAUTIFUL, WHAT WAS THE<br />
INSPIRATION FOR THE DESIGN<br />
The inspiration is our families trips to Tuscany every summer.<br />
The architectural details of the building inside & out are taken from<br />
photos of Tuscan villas & restaurants that we have visited over the<br />
years. Our banquet room, for example, is done in the style of a<br />
Tuscan winery that we visited. Being native Italian, it was important<br />
to our family to bring a truly authentic Tuscan design & emotion to the restaurant.<br />
WHAT DOES THE “52” STAND FOR<br />
Each week our team of chef's present a supplemental menu featuring the cuisine of a different<br />
city. This will feature a selection of appetizers, entrees , wines & local cocktails. The “52” menus have<br />
been extremely successful & many of our guests come in each week to try a different cities<br />
specialties. We rotate 3 Italian & 1 non Italian city each month. Cities include Rome, Paris, Monte<br />
Carlo, Havana, Venice, Florence, Barcelona, Rio and many more.<br />
HOW ABOUT THE BAR . . . <br />
We offer almost 50 wines & champagnes by the glass, as well as 8<br />
different flavored homemade sangrias, delicious specialty drinks &<br />
martinis. Tuscan Tapas Happy hour is from 3 pm to 6 pm.<br />
