Production.
We are proud to have established Europe’s most modern chemical
technical production facility in the cleaning and care product industry
right here in Zell am See. Striving for the highest product quality re-
quires us to keep our production facilities consistently up to the latest
technological standards. At the same time, our capacity is being expanded
constantly to satisfy growing demand.
Today, we are in a position to manufacture approximately 60,000 tonnes
of cleaning products annually. And about 250,000 dispensers are
assembled, tested and delivered every year.
HAGLEITNER's production operations are divided into four areas:
���Chemical production
HAGLEITNER produces all liquid cleaning and hygiene products inhouse.
Chemical production is performed on fully automated production
and filling lines that are controlled by centralised software. This also
applies to the labelling, which is customised for the legal requirements
of each of the 55 export countries.
���Injection Moulding
Since 2010, we have integrated another production area along with its
valuable know-how into our company. Now we are able to produce the
individual plastic parts for dispenser production ourselves. Knowledge
of injection-moulding techniques increases production depth and ensures
the best possible end products.
���Paper Dispenser Construction
All XIBU, LUNA and integral dispenser systems, as well as their refills,
are developed, produced, printed and subjected to strict quality controls
in-house. The assembly requires the highest precision. This is the
only way to ensure that our customers can enjoy our dispensers and
their flawless functionality.
���Paper Processing
Our top production lines enable fully automated paper finishing of the
highest quality. Our toilet paper and paper towels are cut, pressed,
glued, perforated and packed on two paper conversion machines.
