Research and development. 

Intensive research and development gives HAGLEITNER a decisive 

advantage in the international markets. In our ultramodern research 

laboratories, chemists and engineers work on quality assurance, the 

further development of existing products, and the development of new 

and innovative cleaning products and technologies. 

Innovative refill systems. 

The XIBU, LUNA and integral dispenser systems were developed as 

revolutionary refilling solutions. They ensure the uniqueness and distinctiveness 

of our products. 

� vacuumBAG – liquid refills. 

The award-winning vacuumBAG collapsible container is about 60 percent 

lighter than typical soap refills and shrinks to 10 percent of its 

original volume during consumption. The content cannot be contaminated, 

nor can it dry out. The vacuumBAGs bear the HAGLEITNER 

quality seal. 

� multiROLL – paper refills. 

The multiROLL paper roll is compactly wound around a slim plastic 

core. Compared to typical paper rolls, the multiROLL has up to four 

times as much paper. This significantly reduces storage volume and 

service frequency, helping your customers to save money. And above 

all, this means significantly lower transport volumes, which benefits the 

environment. These top qualities bear the HAGLEITNER quality seal. 

� multiFILL cartridge – 

cleaning concentrates. 

The patented cartridge for the integral dispenser system, with its smaller 

and lighter container, makes it easier to create application solutions. 

For your customers, this innovative solution means easier handling and 

reduced storage volumes. And the compact detergents require significantly 

less transport volume and weight, which we believe is an environmentally 

friendly development.

Production. 

We are proud to have established Europe’s most modern chemical 

technical production facility in the cleaning and care product industry 

right here in Zell am See. Striving for the highest product quality re- 

quires us to keep our production facilities consistently up to the latest 

technological standards. At the same time, our capacity is being expanded 

constantly to satisfy growing demand. 

Today, we are in a position to manufacture approximately 60,000 tonnes 

of cleaning products annually. And about 250,000 dispensers are 

assembled, tested and delivered every year. 

HAGLEITNER's production operations are divided into four areas: 

��Chemical production 

HAGLEITNER produces all liquid cleaning and hygiene products inhouse. 

Chemical production is performed on fully automated production 

and filling lines that are controlled by centralised software. This also 

applies to the labelling, which is customised for the legal requirements 

of each of the 55 export countries. 

��Injection Moulding 

Since 2010, we have integrated another production area along with its 

valuable know-how into our company. Now we are able to produce the 

individual plastic parts for dispenser production ourselves. Knowledge 

of injection-moulding techniques increases production depth and ensures 

the best possible end products. 

��Paper Dispenser Construction 

All XIBU, LUNA and integral dispenser systems, as well as their refills, 

are developed, produced, printed and subjected to strict quality controls 

in-house. The assembly requires the highest precision. This is the 

only way to ensure that our customers can enjoy our dispensers and 

their flawless functionality. 

��Paper Processing 

Our top production lines enable fully automated paper finishing of the 

highest quality. Our toilet paper and paper towels are cut, pressed, 

glued, perforated and packed on two paper conversion machines. 



The Service. 

Perfect service is what makes the best products really valuable. A cohesive 

team of Area Sales Managers, International Sales Engineers and 

Backoffice employees provide you with constant professional service. 

Our Area Sales Managers are your first point of contact for all product 

questions. They know how HAGLEITNER products are marketed successfully 

around the world. And they know the particularities of the 

various countries and provide support in regulatory affairs. International 

Sales Engineers are your expert partners in all technical issues. They 

provide on-site systems training to technicians and are also available 

for advice and assistance. The Backoffice ensures perfect execution 

and thereby your success.

Qualified employees are a company’s most valuable capital. We want 

to share our knowledge with you. In special training courses, we convey 

the latest expertise in those areas relevant to your daily work. You 

can use the training rooms in our head office with state-of-the-art furnishings 

at Zell am See for this purpose. And our Area Sales Managers 

and International Sales Engineers will also train your employees directly 

at your company location.

State-of-the-art Logistics. 

In the spirit of sustainable and ecologically aware development, 

HAGLEITNER has always emphasised the importance of environmental 

thinking in its developments. This is also represented in our logistics 

system. From the central warehouse at Zell am See, our products 

are delivered to our branch offices and sold in more than 55 countries 

around the world. Since 2004, HAGLEITNER has had its own railway 

connection to the public railway network. This allows us to supply both 

our domestic and international branch locations by railway, while the 

delivery of our raw production materials can also be done via rail. It 

means an annual shift of approximately 10,000 tonnes of goods, or 600 

truck loads, from the street to the rail. This is a significant contribution 

to traffic relief as well as environmental protection. 

Safety for the Environment. 

When it comes to creating a future together under ecological principles, 

HAGLEITNER goes one step further. We received the Austrian 

Environmental Award and the EU Ecolabel – the official environmental 

label of the European Union – for our una product line and the 

foamSOAP. Both of these awards are given to environmentally friendly 

products of the highest quality and usability.

Neutralisation agent for textiles and rinsing water. The acidifying of textiles in the last 

washing cycle prevents laundry from greying and yellowing which is caused through

detergent residues are impeded and the skin compatibility of the laundry improves.

Water softener in powder form. Avoids lime residues in the washing machine and 

on the laundry. Prolongs the life time of the washing machine and prevents the

Hochkonzentriertes Desinfektionsmittel auf Sauerstoffbasis für gewerbliche 

Geschirrspülmaschinen. Verhindert die Keimverschleppung in der Spülflotte. Die 

desinfizierende Wirkung wird insbesondere für Maschinen, die keine thermische 

Desinfektion erreichen, mit Gutachten für Eintank- und Mehrtankmaschinen 

bestätigt. Daher ideal für die chemothermische Desinfektion von Geschirr und 

Rührgeräten (Bäckerei) aus Aluminium. Desinfektionsmittel sicher verwenden. Vor
