The information seeker filed a complaint before the Commission on
22.12.2011 under Receipt No. 059, against the Public Information
Officer (PIO) office of the Chief Engineer (EM&RE) Kashmir stating that
no response has been received to his RTI application dated 31.10.2011
annexed with complaint.
During hearing PIO office of Chief Engineer (EM&RE) Kashmir
submitted that information has been provided to the information seeker
on the address of Executive Engineer Budgam where the applicant is
working as Technician III.
Another complaint was received in the Commission under Receipt
No. 060 on the same date from the same complainant Shri Aijaz Hussain
Mir against the same PIO, seeking similar information. However PIO
submitted that he has not received this RTI application.

PIO Office of Chief Engineer (EM&RE) Kashmir is directed to
dispose of this RTI application also by providing additional information, if
any.
Both complaints are disposed of accordingly.
