PRODUCT DESCRIPTION<br />
<strong>Multicore</strong> solder bar is designed for use in applications that require<br />
reliable, consistent soldering performance. The extremely low<br />
impurity levels promote excellent wetting, giving optimum joint<br />
strength & appearance. Defects are minimized, avoiding costly<br />
rework. The lead-free alloys 96SC, 97SC & 99C alloys are fully<br />
compliant with the requirements of the EU’s RoHS directive.<br />

<strong>Multicore</strong> Product Range. The most common alloys are 96SC &<br />
97SC for lead free process & Sn63 for tin-lead process, conforming<br />
to the purity requirements of J-STD-006. Minimum order<br />
requirements may be apply to certain alloys.<br />

HEALTH & SAFETY<br />

<strong>Multicore</strong> solder bar do not present a risk to health & safety under<br />
normal conditions of use. However, lead containing alloys may<br />
present a health risk under non-standard operating conditions.<br />
Eating, drinking & smoking should not be permitted in the working<br />
area. Hands should be washed with soap & warm water after<br />
handling solder, especially before eating.<br />
MANUFACTURING CONTROL<br />
Henkel supplies products of guaranteed reliability. This is achieved<br />
by effective process control and verified by QC testing. All <strong>Multicore</strong><br />
solder bar are made with tested, traceable batches of alloys. We keep<br />
retain samples of every batch of solder for a considerable period.<br />
Our traceability system conforms to the demands of ISO9001 &<br />
ISO/TS16949.<br />
PRODUCT RANGE<br />
<strong>Multicore</strong> solid alloys are available as bars, anodes and solder wires.<br />
<strong>Multicore</strong> solder bar may be supplied in most solder alloys in the<br />
