<strong>Lock</strong>out Steps<br />
Etap 1: przygotuj się do wyłączenia. Przed wyłączeniem maszyny,<br />
upoważniony pracownik musi znać postać i wielkość energii zasilania,<br />
niebezpieczeństwa oraz sposób ich kontrolowania.<br />
Etap 2: Wyłączenie. Maszyny lub urządzenia muszą zostać wyłączone<br />
zgodnie z ustalonymi procedurami. Wyłączenie maszyny nie może<br />
doprowadzić do zwiększenia zagrożenia. Upoważniony pracownik<br />
musi odciąć maszynę lub urządzenie od źródła zasilania.<br />
Etap 3: Zamontuj urządzenia blokad zabezpieczających / oznakowań<br />
ostrzegawczych. Urządzenia te muszą być zamontowane do każdego<br />
odłącznika energii. Upewnij się, że wszystkie źródła energii zostały<br />
odłączone.<br />
Etap 4: Weryfikacja. Ten ostatni <strong>is</strong>totny etap gwarantuje, że maszyna<br />
lub urządzenie zostały pomyślnie odłączone od źródeł energii.<br />
Po wykonaniu wszystkich procedur, pracownik może bezpiecznie<br />
przystąpić do naprawy lub konserwacji.<br />
Step 1: Prepare for shutdown. Before turning off the machine, the<br />
authorized employee has to know the type and magnitude of the energy, its<br />
hazards and how to control it.<br />
Step 2: Shutdown. The machine or the equipment must be turned off<br />
following orderly, establ<strong>is</strong>hed procedures. Shutting down the machine<br />
must not create any increased hazards. The authorized employee must<br />
<strong>is</strong>olate the machine or equipment from its energy sources.<br />
Step 3: Apply <strong>Lock</strong>out/Tagout devices. <strong>Lock</strong>out/Tagout devices must be<br />
applied to each energy <strong>is</strong>olator. Make sure that all power sources are<br />
deactivated.<br />
Step 4: Verification. Th<strong>is</strong> final crucial stage ensures that the<br />
<strong>Lock</strong>out/Tagout procedure has successfully <strong>is</strong>olated the machine or<br />
equipment from its energy sources<br />
Having followed these procedures, the employee can safely start the<br />
repair or maintenance work.<br />
