roof windows. This catalogue provides information on

OpenAir is a sliding roof window window for large apertures of up to 

4 metres in width and 12 meters in height. 

It consists of up to 3 sliding casements that can be slided upwards 

behind the fixed casement by hand or by way of an electrical drive.

The 1-part SO sliding roof window offers an innovative manually controlled sliding technology with good thermal insulation 

values (Uw values from 1,0 to 1,1 W/m²K). The sliding casement can be slided into the extended sash frame which 

allows it to float above the roof surface. This allows the window to open almost fully and cleaning the sliding casement is 

made possible in a simple way.

2-part PA-SO model 

The 2-part Panorama SO sliding roof window corresponds in structure and technology to the 1-part Panorama SO sliding 

roof window. However, this window is equipped with 2 sliding casements. The casements can be moved manually to the 

left i.e. right side across the roof surface guided by the extended sash frame. This achieves an aperture of up to 263 x 236 

cm (h x w). The window is characterized by excellent thermal insulation properties of 0,9 to 1,2 W/m2K in accordance with 

norm EN 673.

moved to the left i.e. right side above the window surface.

Panorama is a sliding roof window for large apertures up to 12 meters in width and 3,5 meters in height. With Panorama 

technology you can simply move the sliding casements by hand or by way of an electrical drive into the roof (type AH) or 

behind the side fixed casements (type AL).

OpenAir SV is a sliding roof window for 

smaller roof apertures (up to 135 cm in 

width x 165 cm in height). The sliding casement 

moves, depending on the position 

of the electrical mechanism in the upper 

part of the sash frame, vertically from top 

to bottom over the other fixed casement 

or from bottom to top, in this case underneath 

the fixed casement mounted above 

it. The window can be used as a roof 

window, a winter garden roof ventilation 

window or as a vertical sliding window. 

The window’s thermal insulation values 

are not necessarily in accordance with 

the Energy Saving Ordinance.

The 3-part OpenAir SV is a sliding roof 

window of the same construction type as 

the 2-part OpenAir SV but with 2 sliding 

casements making it possible to have up 

to two thirds of the window open. The 

aperture width is 25 cm smaller than the 

width of the window frame. The window 

can be used as a roof window, a winter 

garden roof ventilation window or a vertical 

sliding window.

Open Air is a sliding roof window whose sliding casements (up to 3 casements) can be moved vertically by way of the 

electric mechanism. When the window is open, the casements are parked underneath the fixed casement. Due to the stable 

construction method, the window is available in dimensions of up to 4 times 12 meters. A wide variety of additional 

equipment such as sun protection, active panes and control devices is also available.
