Wuxi Huatong <strong>Pneumatic</strong> Manufacture Co., Ltd. established in May, 1956, is a key mainstay enterprise under the Machinery Industry. And it is<br />
a special vigorously develop and middle level enterprise of pneumatic industry. It is one of the earliest factory specialised in manufacturing pneumatic<br />
components, and has rich manufacturing experiences, advanced technology and perfect testing
means. There are many varieties of pneumatic components with complete<br />
range of specification in our corporation. The main produces are control<br />
components and executive component, and air supply treatment unit,<br />
supplementary components, pneumatic machinery, pneumatic pressure<br />
machinery, and complete sets of pneumatic system. We also produce<br />
mechanical press machines. The produces are awarded prizes many<br />
times, they are sold throughout China and to foreign countries, therefore,<br />
they enjoy a high reputation, both at home and abroad, and have been<br />
well trusted by our customers.<br />
Our company moved to a new larger place in Huishan Economical<br />
Development District, Wuxi, Jiangsu. The new factory occupying more<br />
than 40,000 square meters including construction covering about 20,000<br />
square meters meanwhile both our company's hardware and software have<br />
significant improvement.<br />

Some of the products with us performance reaching the international level at present
Maintenance<br />
1. Check te element and make sure all element are in good condition before useing.<br />
2. Make sure right air flow direction connecting, keep element in vertical position.<br />
3. With adapter bonnet, the flow rate will reduce 10%, one grade accuracy of filter increased, 7% of flow down.<br />
4. When using pressure-reducing valve and filtrating pressure - reducing valve first reset the control hand wheel, fix the pressure gauge and the<br />
stopple on the right position. and make sure no leak (pressure gauge and stopple can exchange position).<br />
5. When using atomized lubricator, first reset the hand of the oil valve to the right level, then airing, and adjust to the right position, Note,<br />
lubricating oil with low-level ketone, arene areforbiden.<br />
6. If connect with metal tabe, please clean the tube first.<br />

1. When order, please advise the name, order No. , type and qty in detail<br />
2. When order filter, pressure - reducing valve, filttating pressure - reducing valve, please advise the accuracy of filter, pressure range, or we will<br />
treat it as standard order.<br />

Installation & Using<br />
1. JC series push in connector apply to connecting hard / semi-hard nylon tube, plastic tube, Its max working pressure is 1.0MPa, This serie connector<br />
easy for fitting and good in sealing.<br />
2. (1). Deburr after tube cutting, push tube head into port of connector, (must push into bottom), It makes good sealing and firm connect.<br />
(2). When remove tube, please press the lock with thumb, then put out the tube. (3). After several times connecting, please cut the old<br />
head, deburr for using (4). Elbow Tee cross fittings can be easy change the connection direction by turn it.<br />

1.JT series Ferrule elbow fitting coupling apply to connectiong nonferrous metal tube braided nylon tube. Its max. working pressure is 1.0 MPa.<br />
2. Deburr after tube cutting, push tube head into port of connector. (must push into botton). It makes good sealing and firm connect.<br />
3. This series apply to two kinds connecting tube, using hard nylon tube, please advise us.<br />

Installation & Using<br />
1. Adjustable joint install on exhaust and inlet hole of cylinder. It can control flow rate for exhaust and air inlet. It can easy adjustment on low flow rate<br />
area. make cylinder of the ideal operating speed max. working pressure is 1.0 MPa.<br />
2. 1 It is apply to connecting hard nylon tube. plastic tubing. Deburr after tube cutting. push tube head into port of connector. (must push into bottom) .<br />
It makes good sealing and firm connect.<br />
2 when remove tube, please press the lock with thumb, then put out the tube.<br />
3 After installation, please cut the old head. deburr of using.<br />
4 Turn the joint to change the connecting direction<br />

Features<br />
The FXS series silencers is a kind of absorption silencer adopting copper<br />
bead sinlered cup as the sound absorption material. which has quite good noise<br />
reduction effect to the air dynamic noisein high frequency range.<br />
The FXS2a series silencer is a kind of sift plate silencer adopting copper wire<br />
net as the air dynamic noise in middle and high frequency rage. but also is able<br />
to with stand high pressure and is with long life time. in addition, the silencer<br />
sleeve is easy to remove for wushing and replacing, so that the cost can be<br />
reduced.<br />

1. When select silencer, both flow ability and silence effect should be considered.<br />
2. Silencer must be connect to the exhaust port of directional valve directly. or make several exhaust port together and connect with a larger size silencer.<br />
3. When connecting, make sure clean up all dusty.<br />
4. When the pressure inside silencer is larger, please clean up the silencer or change a new one.<br />
