Shri Mohammad Yasin Sheikh R/o 559-Jogi Gate, Prem Nagar, Jammu
filed an application under RTI Act, 2009 to seek information from Public
Information Officer/Executive Engineer PWD (R&B) Ramban and on non
receipt of information he applied to District Superintending
Engineer/Appellate Authority, PWD (R&B) Circle Doda.
On receipt of the
application by the Appellate Authority from the information seeker, the
PIO/PWD (R&B) was directed to expedite the information which he did as per
letter No. 9283-8686 dated 18.11.2011.
The complainant as per his written statement has received the
information as sought by him and he feels satisfied with the same.
The complaint is accordingly disposed of.
