4 Disassembly / Reassembly VALVES To remove the valves it is necessary to remove the collets; place a spacer under the valve head, press strongly on the spring cap as shown in the picture. Components: 1 Valve stem 2 Valve stem seal ring 3 Spring seat 4 Spring 5 Spring cap 6 Collets 62 63 Valve stem sealing rings - Reassembly To prevent deformation of the sealing ring 1 as it is inserted onto the valve guide, insert it onto tool "7107-1460-047" 2 (after lubricating the sealing ring) and proceed as shown int the picture ensuring that gasket 1 is completely fitted. 64 65 Valve springs Measure free height with a gauge.
