Disassembly / Reassembly<br />
VALVES<br />
To remove the valves it is necessary to remove the collets; place a<br />
spacer under the valve head, press strongly on the spring cap as<br />
shown in the picture.<br />

1 Valve stem<br />
2 Valve stem seal ring<br />
3 Spring seat<br />
4 Spring<br />
5 Spring cap<br />
6 Collets<br />

Valve stem sealing rings - Reassembly<br />
To prevent deformation of the sealing ring 1 as it is inserted onto the<br />
valve guide, insert it onto tool "7107-1460-047" 2 (after lubricating<br />
the sealing ring) and proceed as shown int the picture ensuring that<br />
gasket 1 is completely fitted.<br />

Valve springs<br />
Measure free height with a gauge.<br />
Free height A = 46 mm.<br />
Note: If the free height A is less than 43,5 mm replace the spring.<br />
