OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES<br />
• <strong>Fellows</strong> must maintain a current address and name on file with the NC <strong>Teaching</strong><br />
<strong>Fellows</strong> Office in Raleigh 14 and with <strong>Campbell</strong>’s <strong>Teaching</strong> <strong>Fellows</strong> Office. All<br />
address changes must be immediately reported to the campus <strong>Teaching</strong> <strong>Fellows</strong><br />
Office.<br />
• <strong>Fellows</strong> must participate in the Campus Evaluation of the NC <strong>Teaching</strong> <strong>Fellows</strong><br />
Program. 15<br />
• <strong>Fellows</strong> should also inform both the NC <strong>Teaching</strong> <strong>Fellows</strong> Office in Raleigh and<br />
the Director of <strong>Campbell</strong>’s <strong>Teaching</strong> <strong>Fellows</strong> Program of their place of<br />
employment and their teaching assignment.<br />
• <strong>Fellows</strong> must sign a Certificate of Receipt for Scholarship Funds for each<br />
semester. If a Fellow fails to sign and return the Certificate of Receipt for the current<br />
semester, his/her scholarship funds shall be held for the succeeding semester(s) until<br />
the current Certificate of Receipt is signed and returned. 16<br />
