Students will learn how employers recruit applicants, make hiring decisions, decide who needs training and on what topics, and how employers evaluate their employees' performance. Issues behind employee motivation, leadership, organizational culture, the value of employee attitudes and behaviors, the importance of legal issues in organizations for both employee and employer, as well as information about human factors and system design will be examined. (Kursus ini menyediakan pemahaman yang luas tentang topik-topik dalam bidang berkaitan industri dan organisasi, kaedah penyelidikan dan teorinya, termasuklah aplikasi di dunia nyata.
