In view of the approvals listed below, our Company can undertake this Issue and our current business activities
and no further major approvals from any governmental or regulatory authority or any other entity are required
to undertake the Issue or continue our business activities. Unless otherwise stated, these approvals are all valid
as of the date of this Draft Red Herring Prospectus. It must be distinctly understood that, in granting these
approvals, the Government of India does not take any responsibility for our financial soundness or for the
correctness of any of the statements made or opinions expressed in this behalf. For further details in connection
with the regulatory and legal framework within which we operate, please refer to the section titled
“Regulations and Policies in India” beginning on page 178 of this Draft Red Herring Prospectus.
Approvals related to the Issue
The Board of Directors has, pursuant to a resolution passed at its meeting held on May 26, 2011, authorised
this Issue subject to the approval of the shareholders of our Company under Section 81(1A) of the Companies
Act, and approvals by such other authorities as may be necessary.
The shareholders of our Company have, pursuant to a resolution dated May 26, 2011 under Section 81(1A) of
the Companies Act, authorized the Issue.
Our Company has obtained the in-principle listing approvals from BSE and NSE dated ●] and [ [●] ,

Our Company is in the process of making an application to the RBI to seek its approval for the Offer for Sale.
