who receives, documents <strong>and</strong> investigates complaints, lays<br />

<strong>disciplinary</strong> charges, writes <strong>disciplinary</strong> reports <strong>and</strong> can suspend<br />

teachers.<br />

The head <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> division <strong>of</strong> education (including <strong>the</strong> CEO in ARB,<br />

Manager, Central Province, <strong>and</strong> Director, NCD). Can be referred to<br />

as <strong>the</strong> Provincial Education Adviser or Principal Education Adviser<br />

(PEA)<br />
