WHEREAS <strong>the</strong>re is reason to believe that you have committed an <strong>of</strong>fence or<br />
<strong>of</strong>fences within <strong>the</strong> meaning <strong>of</strong> Section 95(1) <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Teaching Service Act, you are<br />
hereby suspended from duty <strong>and</strong> this take effect from <strong>the</strong> date this notice is served<br />
on you.<br />
AND TAKE NOTICE that you are suspended without pay <strong>and</strong> that this suspension<br />
remains in <strong>for</strong>ce until <strong>the</strong> matter is dealt with <strong>and</strong> disposed <strong>of</strong>.<br />
AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that you are required under Section 95(1) <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
Teaching Service Act to show cause to <strong>the</strong> Teaching Service Commission within<br />
seven (7) days <strong>of</strong> receipt <strong>of</strong> this notice <strong>of</strong> suspension as to why you should not be<br />
dismissed from <strong>the</strong> Teaching Service.<br />
